Thanks guys for covering this case. Everyone is looking exhausted! Shouldn’t be this way. Please file some motions! Please do not abandon the case.

The key thing that ties RA to the killing is his own words to officer Dulin the day after the crimes admitting to having been at Monon High bridge and he described what he was wearing which matches Bridge Guy, from Libby’s phone, to a tee. Why did he tell Dulin? Because RA knew there were witnesses that saw him there. Keep in mind that he had no idea that Libby had video of him coming towards her and Abby on the bridge.

What happened to the 2 deer they spoonfed the masses with for years? And what about them trail cams that was there. That they again lied and misled the masses with and pretended we was lying about..
this department has misled and lied to the people for years just like they have and have been known and proven and caught doing in multiple cases against multiple people multiple times have had a history of doing in cases past.
the defense wants the original raw uncut unedited video played which should be played . Instead of their looped and edited version. Come on Russ
do better.. tell the reason they don’t want it played. Because the people will know the voice and thd video are not like what they sold and told to the people. The BG mouth never moves and there is multiple people.and they don’t want a loop telling the jurors like they done the masses.

They do not want to keep out the audio this, the incorrect reporting.

they want the jury, not to be told what the audio says.

they want a jury to decide that for themselves, they don't want to interpret it for them.

They want them to hear what happened and then make up their own conclusions based on what they hear.

RA had no prior knowledge that those girls would be there, he is a family man who doesn't even have a police record. If they can find a definite motive or prior connection, I won't question his guilt. However, the niggling question is: which unseasoned murderer of smaller stature would, on the spur of the moment, take 2 young, strong teenage girls hostage not knowing whether they have family or friends in close proximity? And for what reason? If they were sexually assaulted, where is the direct DNA evidence? Why did the judge exclude any mention of Odinism - which is widely practiced in the area by groups such as the Vinlanders including by some members of the prison staff - possibly even the police? Why did one of the first investigators resign unless there was a threat of retribution by Odinists/Vinlanders? Was this a drug related killing against perhaps, family members involved in drugs? These happen all the time now in the US.
When exactly was that "Down the hill" video taken or was it manufactured beforehand as false evidence and placed on Libby's phone to befuddle the case? Somebody lured those kids to that bridge on that day at that time. They were abducted by someone who knew they would be there. It was planned. Question is: who all knew A & L would be at the bridge at exactly that time? There is no doubt that the girls were abducted and killed elsewhere by others, but why? They were more than likely placed there and RA was framed by people who have the knowledge and means to do so. The bullet was only found AFTER RA himself told police he was on the bridge that day.
Furthermore police interviews with key people of interest were lost. Why did the suspect sketches vary? First it was a young guy, then suddenly it was an older man. How can a fair trial take place with only partial evidence available? How high and how deep does this cult go within the system? These are questions that must be answered before convicting the state's suspect who was not even a suspect until long after. Something stinks higher than the Monon Bridge in this case. It's either drug, gang or cult related. Will we ever know the truth? Why has it taken this long unless someone in the system is covering for someone else.

It is alarming to hear the reporters say the sticks were clearly arranged in a deliberate pattern yet this is apparently being glossed over by the state. If Allen did it, they need to have an explanation for it. The jury are not idiots--and their questions support that--and will wonder why this is not being referenced. If they ask a further question about it and the judge refuses to allow the sides to answer it because of her earlier rulings, the case will be in clownshow territory.
