Marc, can the defense go to the Supreme Court directly before trial regarding these issues? Like they did previously? Also does Richard Allen have the right to delay the trial at this point?

I am honestly at a loss for words. In my opinion, Judge Gull should have recused herself ages ago. The Supreme Court should have known Allen would not get a fair trial after they reversed Gull and reinstated the defense. Why in the world would you keep the same Judge? They should have known it would cause issues, having Gull and the defense in the same trial.

Thanks for the ongoing explanation of the goings on of the Delphi case, Marc. It appears to be such a ‘quagmire of quicksand’ for justice for Abby & Libby and the judicial system as a whole. Do you think that the state can provide a substantial motive for Richard Allen to have committed this heinous crime?

I thought she just did it so quickly because they asked her to. I mean they may have spelt it incorrectly in the title of their motion but she did it expeditiously as per their request.

So does the interlock appeal mean that if there’s a conviction they have the issues already gone to appeal ? Does it save time down the road or was it a good faith effort to have judge allow another court to review before trial ?

Scary because maybe the killer is still out there.

Sadly justice is thwarted now, we will never know for sure who took the girls lives. Even if he is convicted, it won''t leave one with certainty about much information missing, lost, and denied by the court judge.

It was bad enough when Darrell Brooks was making lame arguments and delaying everything. This time around, we've got the actual defense lawyers acting the fool(s). This is criminal-style thinking. Their only ploy was/is to delay everything forever...

No court of Appeals would reverse this. This is absolutely no proof offered even showing the "third parties" present at the crime scene let alone involving them in the murders. Nada. Zilch.

Is it Direct Contempt when a Lawyer ignores court ordered data bcz it defies the narrative of his client? Does Judge have a duty to look out for such data? What court will fix the problem of missing yet court ordered data?

Isn’t offers of proof as the trial going on not a waste of time for the jury ? The defence has been laid out with evidence in my opinion for this judge. She just has a bias with these attorneys. Can Allen take an original action now to stop the trial. At this stage she is hampering him defending himself at all😢
