Well you'll probably never find any of these foods at your Chinese take out. These are more like Dim Sum restaurant foods, not a corner store take out.

When I lived in the New Orleans area, there was an appetizer we would always get called Rumaki. It's chicken liver and water chestnuts wrapped in bacon. OMG so scrumptious!! I know a lot of ppl don't like livers, but if you do, you will like this one.

Wow. Just wow. These are usually what I eat in my daily life. I'm Chinese-Canadian. And last time I checked these food were ordered by loads of people. Like 90% of the ppl in the restaurant would order those food

I didn't know Chinese ate chicken's feet. I honestly thought that was just something elderly southerners did in America. My great-grandmother is from Carthage, Mississippi and she swears this is good eating down there. Hear in Milwaukee, that shit is just weird. No seriously. Imagine coming home from school one day, going into your fridge for a snack, and the first thing you see is a bunch of chickens' feet and a whole pig's head just staring at you.

Beijing Duck. And Boiled fish. Westerner never know about Boiled fish 水煮鱼（Shui Zhu Yu）( fish filets in hot chili oil) and Boiled fish with pickled cabbage. 酸菜鱼（Suan Cai Yu）Those are extremely popular in China. Many restaurants are specially for these two cuisines. My favorite.
