I find that yellow / white potatoes become grainy, but red do not seem to. The red ones aren't good for mashing tho (they turn gluey), so if you like a potato salad partially mashed, you might want to use yellow or white taters instead of red.

I really like to interpret it as playing with perspective. If the camera is shot in CG, then they'll move a bit fast, but if it's in a human perspective, they'll move slow.

So, I’ve been doing that right.I never vibe them before cooking.I boil them whole, cook them to warm, them cube, apple cider vinegar them for about 20 mins.Then make the dressing (chop the other vegetables and herbs).
