You guys have NO IDEA how many new RC pilots you have brought into the hobby! Not to mention the inactive RC pilots that are now dusting off their old equipment, and coming back to a long lost love. I flew for years, all the way up to quarter scale (& even a bit larger) aerobics, 3-D, warbirds & sport flyers. I left when Spektrum had just introduced the ONLY 2.4ghz transmitter, which I bought, but the vast majority of flyers were on FM (& even a few still on ancient Kraft AM!) Also, electrics were just entering LiPo batteries & brushless motors, but most electrics were "profile" planes from balsa & monocoat kits, or small "foamies" that were useless in any winds over 5-10 mph. My point is, I am finding out that "my hobby" is a whole new world! No longer does it take 2 weeks pay and 6 months of Sundays to build & fly with your buddies! $100 & an afternoon will get you in the air! Pretty cool! Keep up the good work. See you at the field!

I wanna see y'all make a vegetable plane, I grew up on a vegetable farm and some days I wished they would all fly away.

25 or 30 years ago, when these planes first came out, I always thought they would make great rc flyers. I tried to convert one, but I didn't have the advantage of the micro gear we have today, so mine didn't fly so good, but thanks to you guys I feel vindicated. Great video.

I am not even remotely into the rc plane hobby, this is the first video on this channel I've watched. But these guys have so much fun it's hard not to smile the whole video. Subbed for the great positive atmosphere

This was absolutely awesome and you guys are so totally right. *It's not about the plane but it's about the experience.*

Those foam gliders are amazing! They're designed to fly with all sorts of damage (like being thrown into trees, cars, houses, and friends), and I think you just proved how resilient they are!

These are so cool that the air around them freezes solid during flight :) .

I watch this one every so often. It brings smiles and shows me how little work it can take to make something that flies great! Now to price it out and get it ready for summer, here on the East Coast of Canada.

Love seeing something that anyone can try at home and have a great experience. It's always been the "essence" of Flight Test for me. Way to keep it going Gents. Cheers

I flew the one I made in a combat at FFE and man can these things go for a long time. With those twin gremlin motors and an 1850-2200 2s you could fly for at least 30-40 mins. Which is great for combat or even leisurely flying. You know what I just might order some and get started with the testing.

All I can think about is the days in Kapper's garage. This is the kind of chill, fun, friendly challenge that inspires you to immediately grab a friend and try it yourself.
