4 FUN & CHEAP RC Planes Under $100!

Here are 4 RC planes under $100!! The Fly Bear Glider is a great starter/beginner plane for any child or adult. My favorite is the racing XK A430 plane that blazes through the skies and can do tricks. And the last two are gliders that cruise in the wind, very fun challenge and quite durable!

If your new to flying R/C planes, you can add packing tape on your wings leading edge and any other part of the foam planes. Then they are so much stronger, and much harder to break. I hope this helps some of you new pilots.

A big advantage I like of Pusher type trainers is the ability to survive more crashes because the propeller is behind the plane.

I'm an experienced rc pilot and I'll be completely honest the hobbyzone duet which is a beginner plane is probably the most fun I've had with a plane. My time is limited and If I have spare time I can just get it out of the trunk of the car and pull over at a park and fly real quick and get back on the road.

If you start flying planes please don't buy a RTF, if you want real fun. Get a cheap but reusable Radio like a Flysky i6. Then get a good trainer with servos, Lipo and a strong Brushlessmotor like a PNF Bixler from Hobbyking. So you can get a good start into the Hobby.

I would definitely lean towards something a little more hobby grade level. Start with a flysky i6 radio, next find a foam plane or balsa one off craigslist. Have an expert set it up and balance it, have him do the first flight and trim it out for you

Only MY opinion: For ALL of them 4 there is a target group !!! My Favorite is the SkyKing - cheap price and good value for the money - and one of the best Foamie beginner also !!!

Thanks dude! I've been missing my Hawk Sky, but it's impossible to fly unless you have a real field. Those mini gliders look like miniaturized Bixlers and should be a blast.
Does your FPV glider still have a nose cone after all those crashes?!? 😅

I wish the original air hogs gliders were still available. At $19.99 they could reach 300ft in the first 4 min....and you could glide down for another 15 min.

Does that glider slow down decently if you throttle back? It looks danged fast for a glider. Also, is it rudder/elevator only or also ailerons?
