This is a lesson in self compassion and confidence. Things get weird when you believe that someone will judge you harshly, almost as though you think they will banish or destroy you. But the truth is, they don't have any power over you and they're just regular. They probably even want to have a fun conversation with you

I agree not being in contact made it a lot easier. Once they ended up coming back in 8mo later I had to rearrange how I was manifesting because it wasn't just in my head at this point it was also in the 3-D. When I was just in my head I could have the most amazing relationship without anything showing me different. Even though my SP came back and they were completely changed and there was nothing bad that was happening but the fear still got ahold of me. I had to change how I was manifesting when they came back in. I definitely agree NC in the beginning helped me alot. Regardless it can be done either way.

This is pure gold! 🏆 Feel the same way about yourself like you want other people to feel about you! And treat you this way. Treat yourself as a priority if you want to feel important in other peoples eyes. (That's one of my needs I still didn't fulfill myself).

My ex had treated me not very nicely and yesterday I was really upset and couldn’t shake it. We’re adults who work daily together very closely and he insists on being friends. This came at such a perfect time

Thank you! I find this to be true. He always reaches out first and have thought about ignoring but I always feel bad for him. I want him to come in the way I want him to be but ignoring people is not in my nature usually. I think I may give this a try though

Im greatfull to finally hear someone confessing that it is difficulty to manifest your desire while being around the 3d.i also struggle with that but im so good at manifesting what i want, im sure this tym it is my expansion fr me nw to manifest while my 3d is a mess, but i keep on repeating i created it i can creat something different.

This is so helpful. I work with my ex (SP). We are strictly hello and goodbye when we see each other. There are no hard feelings, she is simply following a strict Christian belief system and must stay away from me as I am not a born again like her. She is now on a 3 month leave from work which felt like a relief so I can concentrate or NOT concentrate on the issue while she is gone. … I believe the manifestation will happen while she is gone. video is very helpful.
