Flip the script on your SP. THEY are the ones obsessively thinking about you. THEY can’t get you off their minds. THEY think about you from sun up to sun down. THEY love and miss you so much. THEY can’t imagine their life without you. THEY can’t go a day without talking to you.

Etc., etc., etc…that’s it, that’s the technique. 🗣 FLIP THE SCRIPT in your inner conversations and they will come back in a flash!
