Hey, I found your channel a few weeks ago and your videos and explanations have helped me manifest and KEEP my sp around. At first after I manifested him back I would get tripped up by the 3d until I started affirming that the 3d and current circumstances don’t matter I get what I desire because it desires me more. And it’s the best thing I have ever done instead of trying to resist the current circumstances I have programmed my mind to remember that when the 3d is showing me the opposite of what I am manifest it I thank the universe for that moment and I take it as a lesson and I always try to find the positive in that current circumstance. And this has made my brain learn to recognize the problem and understand why it is there and take the less and let go and the more I have done that the more my sp starts acting and being the way I am manifesting. Oh I also remembered that I’m the best thing that’s happened to his life I put myself on a pedestal and removed him. Put yourself first. I hope all of this makes sense I’m just typing out of excitement.

one thing i really struggle with is detaching from my desire while living in the end state and affirming constantly, because sometimes it feels like i’m obsessing over my manifestation which causes an unhealthy attachment to it/putting it on a pedestal.

Holy I watched your videos and focused on my own feelings and thoughts and boom, after 2 months a few days later he texted that he wanted to talk and try again. Not sure I will give him another chance now that the exercise has healed ME - at this point, I had surrendered it to the Lord and was dating multiple other options and the energy was just different. So manifesting was inner growth and more for me but the 3D is just the Cherry on top. Thank you!! 😘

Thank you sooo much for this video this definitely helps a lot! I do notice a big difference when I stay in the 4D, work on my self concept and revise. It all makes a difference. I just have to stop getting triggered so much and try a bit harder at changing my state. But this was right on time.

There’s also the risk of going overboard with the delusion. Not everybody is mentally sound enough to do that successfully. There’s a story on YouTube about a woman who convinced herself this man was for her that she stalked him & made herself a nuisance. He verbalized that he wasn’t interested in a relationship but she persisted. Ultimately, she was advised to seek Psychiatric help. It’s like she took flight from reality. I feel like you still need to stay in touch with what’s really showing up in your 3D so you don’t lose yourself. Feedback please!

Thank you, I know you are 100% right. I write fiction and my girlfriend is literally the 3D form of the girl I was writing about.

I have to believe I can manifest her back into my life with a loving heart.

This girl is everything to me and even tho I'm in NC, I talk to her picture a couple of times a day.

It's been 4 weeks since, and 7 days of NC. I am mentally and physically drained. Where manifesting felt warm and lovely 2 weeks ago, it now feels as if my head is mostly off. Trying very hard to get myself back in the positive mindset I was in.
