Thank you! This video totally saved me. I haven’t been able to pair them in weeks. I just got them two months ago and was almost going to return them. Even the store employee wasn’t sure how to fix them. He said check online. Thanks again!

Why put so many commands on so little a surface. It feels like every time I touch em slightly I change a setting. This is very convoluted for no reason.

One more troubleshooting method that isn't mentioned here, but worked for me: follow the steps to forget and reset the earbuds, take them out of the case, and just wait. If left unconnected, they will turn off after a few minutes. Touch the button for 3 seconds to turn them on.

My issue was that they were not pairing with each other. I would get flashing blue and white lights on both. This fixed it.

I’m on my 4th pair of JLab Go Air Pop earbuds. I love the sound, feel, fit, but the ALWAYS disconnect.

If they didn’t disconnect all the time, these would be the PERFECT earbuds.

Thank you so much for this video.I thought that my right earpod is already defective.The left is working.From my phone,
I disconnected the bluetooth.Then did the 7 tap on each earpod within the charging case.And yes, the right earpod came back to life.Earpod saver, yes indeed.

My buds disconnected from one another, thanks for the video! I was able to repair them and now I don't have to listen to my co-workers in the gym out of one ear while I'm trying to imagine myself on a mountain bike while rowing. Great video!

Thank u so so much for this video, I spent all morning trying to pair the best headphones I've ever had and I mean compared to the 4 other pairs of headphones tht I own tht are currently dead all skull candy, but my JLab we're 25 at target and my skulls were about 50 so I desperately needed this, never stop helping put out smiles

Thank you for this video. It’s really helpful. I had thrown the instructions manual and had no idea how to reset the earbuds as they were showing 2 separate devices in Bluetooth setting. Really helpful video 👏🏼👍🏼

After owning perhaps 7 pairs of these I'm appalled at Jlabs quality control. To have to return pair after pair that 1) Won't connect 2) Won't charge 3) Won't reset 4) Are unstable connection. 5) ANC and Ambient mode are wonky--most all pairs are weak in this department.

To their defense Jlab customer service has been patient with me-- But look on other videos where many people have the same problems.  IF these worked all the time and performed like one pair I have that's good then I'd highly recommend these. But one working pair out of 7-8 pairs?  Sigh

just got a new pair of Jlab Epic air anc earbuds (2nd gen) and they're just as useless as all the others

I tried the troubleshooting for my "JLab GO Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds - Lilac" and my right earbud still won't connect to my left one. After tapping them both 7 times, and taking them out, the left one will flash blue and white but the right one won't light at all.

Had my JBuds Air in the case for a lengthy time. They didn't want to pair when I took them out. Tapping each one 7x while in the case worked perfectly! Thank you for the quick fix.

I have the first one, and I’ve had mine for about a year, they sometimes unpair which is a pain in the ass but that only happens 5% of the time. I lose them a lot because if I drop them then they just fall out. But other then that they’ve worked for me, I got mine for $20 at Walmart I’ve had some issues but honestly I like em.

Still don't work. Had this problem since I got em and tried resetting them on and off for about 3 months. Only different result other than nothing changing is the fact that the right one turned off then the left one started working, then vice versa.
Edit: Strangely enough, the right one started working randomly when I tilted my head just right, but disconnected again once I lifted my head back up to it's normal position. Why.

I tried to reset my earbuds multiple times but they both flash blue and white. When I do connect, it only connects one earbud and other keeps flashing blue and white. If you have information about this, that would be appreciated
