Just bought these and was about to return them because they wouldn’t pair.... HOWEVER... When you hold the power button and it say “hello battery full” keep pressing the button for about 3 more seconds and it says “ready to pair “ finally. I’d try this before you return

Ok for clarification you need to hold the power button for 10 seconds with the device off, then it will do it

I JUST bought a pair a few hours ago and both my Chromebook and my cellphone do not display the earphones in the Bluetooth listings. This is after multiple times turning all devices on/off to see if that will work. EDIT: Courtney B commented below with this and it WORKED:

Thanks, this worked with my Reytid earphones. Note that I had to turn off my earphones first. Then while off you press and hold the on button for 10 seconds for it to become discoverable. Mine flashed blue and red.

This must be a universal method of connecting since my earphones are different to the ones in the video.
