Powerful content Mr. Ginn...TY...What are your thoughts about people like me in their upper 60's. I'm thinking anyone can do this no matter how old you are. Many of us are still working full time and hunting a way out of this glass menagerie...

I went thru the entire course at your website about 2 years ago and I quit after a short time after. I was terrified about the legalities of not actually having the means to purchase properties but putting them under contract. I was scared of getting sued and I felt conviction about telling (lying) to people that I had a partner that was going to buy and then scrambling to find buyers. The resources on social media was filled up with scam bots and fake people trying to steal deals and I got super discouraged. I’m looking at getting back into it but these fears are starting to creep back again.
