There's a common Chinese condiment called zhi ma jiang which is made with roasted sesame seeds, it's got this intense nutty sesame flavour and lifts your ramen the same way as the peanut butter (or even alongside it) and I strongly recommend it. It's a classic Chinese noodle ingredient actually, so they already know what's up

As a Korean, my favorite way is to add minced garlic(a tea spoon), scallions(quite a lot), and bean sprouts(lots). It is not only the most popular and common way but also the most korean-taste way to level up a ramyun(korean pronunciation). This also makes it the perfect hangover good.

my GO TO instant ramen dish is super simple. You boil the noodles and add soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime. Then 40 seconds before it’s done, drop an egg and whisk it around to make that thick egg drop soup texture. Finish with scallions—so easy and sooo delicious

I like the leftover meat one, and the spam and egg one. I feel like those would taste really good ❤

A friend suggested a bit of cream cheese because that's what their family uses to thicken soup, and I fell in love

My favorite, by far, has been using either leftover chicken or beef with fresh scallion. A simple thing, but so delicious.

Lol, I just use those regular square shaped ramen noodles in the little packages. I add water, put it in the microwave for 3 minutes, take it out, drain out the water so it won't be so flavorless, let it cool down, put in the seasoning little by little so there's flavor everywhere, then I go to my spices cabinet and take out some lemon pepper I usually put the lemon pepper in the cap so I won't put to much and season it everywhere. And boom! A basic bowl of ramen noodles that probably takes like 4/5 minutes.

I love replacing hot water with coconut milk in some spicy ramens. It reminds me a little bit if tom ka soup!

I’ve been adding a splash of teriyaki sauce, some frozen pork gyoza, and a soft boiled egg to my instant ramen

When I heard "just toss some leftovers in", I chuckled because that's one of my "go to" breakfasts!😂😎👍

I've actually been making a simple cheese and green onion omelette on the side, then cutting pieces and dipping it into the ramen broth. Soooo good 🤤

Our family fave is to add milk/coconut milk to the broth +any protein (egg, shrimp or chicken). Instantly give the singaporean laksa vibe 😂

I add kewpie mayo and oyster sauce to my broth, and the add in green onions and protein (eggs and beef mostly) at the end! It's my favorite way to eat it recently
