Can you overwind the watch? Like if you have issues with fidgeting with it?

Does the winding have to be done when the watch has stopped ? Or Is it recommended to be done while it’s running ?

Hi, I hadn't worn le locle for like 15-17 days. I wore it today, and it worked fine but end of the day it stopped working. I did everything but it still is not working. What could be the trouble? Do you have any suggestions??
