Let us know what symptoms you deal with that could be coming from low mineral levels.

I only just realised after watching your videos that my fatigue, lack of concentration and low mood was a result of my low blood pressure. I am fixing my digestive issues, but what I have found most effective in raising my mineral levels is putting a good quality electrolyte tablet in my water bottle and sipping on it throughout the day. It has been life-changing! I have my energy and focus back and feel great.

I’ve recently just found you, so I’ve been binge watching a lot of your videos and they are truly amazing. I feel like this information needs to be yelled from the rooftops and I’ve taken your four week course I’ve ordered the beet supplement and the hdl. I’m learning so much anyway I’ve been carnivore for over a year and I like how you are actually speaking that it is a huge adjustment, and that it doesn’t flow naturally for some people, and that needs to be taken into consideration, and I just made me an electrolyte drink to help with my minerals just now, I bought my blood pressure cuff because I have low blood pressure and I’ve been having diarrhea which means I’m sending those minerals out too fast😢💁‍♀️ I also ordered the urine and saliva sticks that you spoke about . Thx!!!

I recently went under some serious surgery.... I had to go to the emergency at the hospital and they did the surgery almost immediately.... When I came to the surgeon was telling me I had Afib and high blood pressure and they were starting me on some powerful drugs....
I protested and told them that my BP is usually normal or lower than it should be averaging 115/70 I suggested to them that perhaps my BP was elevated because I was in emergency and they told me I had cancer?.... I also told them I had Afib for over 30 years and treated it without side effects with natural blood thinners all that time.... They insisted over my protests and so for a time I tried what they prescribed...
Well, it knocked my BP so far down I couldn't even get out of a chair or stand up without help.... I got a new doctor who tool me off two of the drugs as he said what that did was pretty dumb.... However, he would not take me off the blood thinner they gave me and I had every side effect that comes with it.... He was afraid to take me off it...
They told me I would die if I stopped taking I asked them why they would give me a drug that would kill me if I stopped taking it and they just looked at me like I was know nothing idiot....
I weaned myself off that drug and continued on with the natural blood thinners and now my BP is back to normal and I have shed all the side effects except for loss of balance, tinnitus, trouble swallowing and bruising like I've been in a stone fight where everyone had stones but me....

I use oryx kalahari desert salt from south Africa. Nothing added nothing removed. It gets dried under the sun and stars. Most salts from the ocean contain microlastics ❤

Your video is life saving for me. I have tried carnivore diet in hope to treat SIBO and suffer from indigestion terribly, I think due to my low reserve of minerals.

Your ideas and channel is awesome! A couple of weeks ago I bought potassium bicarbonate in order to see if it stops water retention when I eat higher carbs while exercising. I know you are not a fan of sodium bicarbonate, but what about potassium bicarbonate¿? and what about citrates instead of bicarbonates¿?

Thank you. Good teaching! I use celery smoothie kale, blueberries and whole lemon. Sometimes whole orange. Dr Bergs electrolyte powder and Wheatgrass juice powder.

Super clear advice and you make some great connections between functions that most doctors miss... The only part where I disagree with you is on liver pills. Many people with cholestasis also have chronic hypervitaminosis A... Look into it... Too much vitamin A is toxic and can't be used properly by the body when bile is not flowing as it should.

Wow your information is invaluable. I been on a low carb diet and intermittent fasting for 5 months. Unexpectedly it has significantly reduced the sciatic pain I’ve had for many years caused from stenosis and believe me I had tried everything. Although since I started this way of eating I’ve had leg cramps every night. I didn’t want to stop eating this way because if I had a choice between the sciatica or the cramps at night…I’ll take the cramps. So I’ve been searching for answers to the leg cramps and you talk about things I don’t hear from others. What you have said has makes perfect sense to me because I also have low blood pressure. So I’ve started doing things you’ve suggested…HCL, Beet and ConcenTrace. There has been a reduction in the cramps but there not completely gone yet but need to give it some time. I heard you suggesting Lysine in another video…so I might consider trying this. Another thing I’ve noticed with eating low carb I’ve had a bit more hair loss than usual, so I hope that will turn around in time as well with better mineral absorption. Thank you so much.

Coffee about a gallon or two a day makes me feel normal. But I know too much coffee depletes the body of minerals and vitamins. I recently tried to stop drinking coffee and started experiencing lightheadedness and dizziness by just walking. And if I eat peanut butter I end up passing out for 4-5 hours. My blood pressure used to be 71/68 and lately it's been 94/51 and started noticing that it's been becoming a major problem. At first I thought it was blood sugar and drank coffee and I would feel better. But after I stopped with drinking coffee and tried drinking oj instead I noticed that the dizziness was just as bad if not worse. So figured it had to be my blood pressure so I tried eating salty foods but I don't like eating salt. But I've been trying figure out ways to fix it. Definitely will try to use these suggestions and see how it goes. Thanks for posting, I greatly appreciate it.

Lost 50 lbs,
Feet/leg cramps,

What steps can you take to balance out the minerals before doing Keto? What should one eat if not a keto diet and trying to get the minerals in?
