Before becoming an RN, I served as a patient care technician, and I had assumed that this transition would be smoother. That hasn't been the case 😑. I wish I had this video to refer to when I started. My primary struggle lies in organization. I've come to realize that organization is paramount in nursing; without it, I grapple with poor time management, leading to increased anxiety in my daily work.

Just love it how you feel being as a team. it is so true that everyone in the team is important and we need to work along, nursing assistant or others are still our team member that we needs each other in some point.
