Sir. How did you find -12k and +5k… you lost me from that part.. actually why are you left with K to the power 2.. where did the the 2 go?? Cause I’m my understanding, Weren’t we supposed to cancel out both of the k’s that had a power 2 and remain with 2?

Hello Sir. Can you help me this question on Geometric progression word problem? Question- At an annual agricultural and commercial show event, 1200 people visited a stand on it's first day. Thereafter, the of number of show- goers visiting the stand fell by 10%, of the number on the previous day. (a) The show closed after 10 days. How many people visited the the stand at the close of the event?. (b) If the show had been kept open indefinitely, what would be the maximum number of people visiting the stand??
