Another way is to use S=a/1-r where a is 1/4 and r is the pattern which is 1/4 and we again get 1/3

That's a bit of a simplification, as it depends on whether the sum is from 0 to infinity or from 1. That's why these shorts aren't really good for math.

This is very good, my teacher requires us to simplify the answer tho, so if it’s an improper fraction we’ll turn it into a mixed number

Wait what- wasnt the formula -

Sn = {a(1-r^n)}/(1-r^n)

Or did my math teacher lie to me-
