This huge Male lion does not show much aggression towards the piglet, instead, it shows signs of being somewhat emotional. In reality, the lion may be confused as the piglet is standing up for himself and not running away. On the other hand, as the lion is not very aggressive the piglet may be feeling a false sense of security. That may be the reason the piglet is stuck on him and finds some comfort in him. This is a very rare scene. But, the wildlife nature may not be rewritten by the lion king. Hope for a happy ending for the little one.
