With the decrease in popularity of modern universities and the access we have to brain zapping technology, the future belongs to those who can sit and dissect a book to glean the utmost insights from it.

As Naval Ravikant says: “it’s no longer educated vs uneducated, its likes to read vs doesn’t like to read.”

I read around 2 hours everyday and without doing so I wouldn’t be able to record half the videos I do. So as requested by some of you, here’s my process of reading I’ve perfected over the last 7 years to gain maximal insight from books.

heyy, I've discovered this channel like a week ago and it's one of the best things ever happened in this online world:') the topics u talk about are really really interesting and, as a psychobiology student, they really motivate me to give my best, to find new strategies, to improve skills and to go deep about things. i feel like I (unconsciously) really needed to know what you say. You are an inspiration! Thank you so much for what you're doing<3

Fantastic video. I'm a book addict as well.
Always stop reading bad books. Don't feel compelled to finish a book once you've got what you need. You can always open the book again later.

I read Crime and Punishment a month ago. I guess it was slow to get going but the descriptions of the miserable poverty was so powerful I loved it.

Pro-tip: buy some book darts instead of dog earring your books. You even get a sweet tin with motion filled Japanese art.

You've inspired me to get back to summarising the last book I read on systems theory. Hurrah!

I used to love reading during my childhood and during my teenage years I've got off them for a long while but now in my early 20s i'm getting back into them but slowly. Still finding it hard to read a book for more than 20 mins because of my attention span but i'm trying my best

Adding onto Louise Perry's book, you could read Carrie Gress's 'The End of Woman' and then Rachel Wilson's 'Occult Feminism' then you get into a real deep dive rabbit hole
