I worked at a assisted living retirement home and the total number of residents was 100! I worked night shift and my immediate supervisor left me to Care for 100 people all by myself with no help and when I called and asked her I needed help she blew me off and didn't send anybody and I was stuck caring for 100 elderly people all night and most of them has dementia and Alzheimers! she didn't even send a nurse to help me! I called state on the company and state said it's always supposed to be someone there helping me if my supervisor wasn't available it's never supposed to be one person by themselves! they are currently being investigated right now by the state board

After 2 years of working for this company and training others, always being the yes person with a 3% raise iv finally dared to say no to training a new supervisor who was hired over me i said: "I am confident that at this time, my primary focus should be on increasing my call count and maximizing my bonuses to ensure a substantial increase in my income. “Once mastered I'll be ready to assist others not only in providing excellent knowledge but also training in maximizing productivity. I’m feeling a bit burnt out at this time, so I need some time to regroup myself and improve.

#3. There's absolutely no reason for the less than 8 hr rotation that myself and another coworker are scheduled. I believe it's done on purpose to create burnout.

Yha I'm aloud to take break's but there's strict rules for how I go about it.. and there's constantly demands for how I conduct my work and more and more demands with no insensitive or raise ... Make my work schedule to were I have no time for my self have trapped me from having time to look into another job.

How about the boss that says he doesn't have money in that account. The operative word is "that" because he has plenty in another account that he has never pays you from.

My boss seemed nice at first but he's guilty of not allowing breaks (at least when he wants you to do something). I'm working at a grocery store and at the end of my first month I had more signs and tags to put up than usual. He kept bothering me while I was replacing signs and even when I was taking a break. He said I was "making him nervous" because the tags would have to be put up by the end of the day (the tags came in yesterday, there were a whole box full of them, only one person was helping me, he wasn't putting up a single tag or sign and even if I just focused on tags there were still signs I had to put up). He needed up giving me a migraine so I just left 😂

My problem is my department had 5 people. Now it's just me and my boss, and my boss doesn't do anything.

Im driving a truck long distance. Im not just driving, im loading and unloading trucks pick ups and delivering custom made furniture machinery pianos you name it. 200 lbs 400 lbs 800 lbs allot of times on my own. My schedule is crammed 10 or more pick ups a day lets say Los angeles then san Francisco the same day. I gotta rush no lunch breaks because i wouldnt meet the deadline. Im up 6 something am driving, running around, loading, unloading, wrapping, lifting, driving long distance, pick ups at crazy hours, 10 pm i cant even see the house numbers at some streets. Sweating all day m, stressed, pissed off. I get calls on my days off. Im literally running a whole company on my own. First real break i get after the 10 pm pick up or drop of. Im driving a 27 foot truck at full speed. Truck needs maintenance, no just keep going. Headache, stress all the time.

What if I talked about an issue that i am having with a coworker that she was bossing me around and he told me that I have to listen to my coworker because she’s second in command
But he basically told me to shut my mouth and listen to my coworker because he depends on my coworker a lot
And he always asks where am I going even if it’s just to the restroom or go take my break and why I can’t stay longer than my shift
