Reading Fan Speed on a Dell XPS : HWiNFO

Dell chooses not to provide users with any control over the system fans. Unfortunately, most apps that can monitor fans are also disabled.

HWiNFO is the only software I've come across that will read the fan RPM data.

Maybe I'm missing something but you never showed how to actually display the fan speeds in HWInfo64. I thought that was the point of the video. How do you show the fan speeds?

I have the K variant CPU cooler installed, I find it weird that the CPU fan never really changes speed, it stays in 780-830 RPM no matter what temperature CPU is running at. Idle at 40C Cinebench R23 at 70, gaming may raise to 80C, but the reported fan speed of CPU cooler is always in that range never increases. The exhaust fan readout reflect real time change though, I have a Y connector connecting a 92mm replacing stock exhaust, and a 120mm added in front as intake, both fan changes speed according to load changes. Now I am not sure if I'm having a faulty cooler or bad pwm control somewhere...
