I finally found something similar to what i wanted to see happen!
The motor with big gearing that connects to the small gearing which the fan is connected to, in order to make the motor spin less while the fan spins faster compared to the conventional fan that's directly connected to the motor.
I think this kind of model could possibly use less energy compared to a conventional one, but the reliability would be less than the conventional one.

Motor rpm remains the same depending on the load. This setup can only reduce rpm because of friction and load sharing.
