The 2023 Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition is a celebration of the model's two decades in the market, and it is set to be released in Australia in early 2023 . This special edition is based on the flagship Atenza model and features a new logo, fender badges, and a bright silver finish for the front grille . It comes in both sedan and wagon body styles and has an updated turbocharged 2.5-liter gasoline engine that produces 235 horsepower in Australia, while the 2.2-liter turbodiesel engine in Japan has been massaged to deliver 200 horsepower . The cabin of this special edition features tan Nappa Leather, a matte brown trim, and an electric sliding sunroof . It has a 60-month, unlimited-kilometer warranty and requires a service every 12 months or 10,000 km . The 2023 Mazda6 20th Anniversary Edition is a front-wheel-drive model with a starting price of $53,635, a 2.5L TURBO 4 engine, a 6-speed automatic transmission, and a fuel consumption of 7.6L/100km with a CO2 output of 178g/km [3]. It has a 165mm ground clearance, a 1600kg braked towing capacity, and a 5-star safety rating from ANCAP, and the VIN number is located on the driver's side front floor [3].
