2023 MAZDA 6 20TH ANNIVERSARY review. Celebration of 20 Years of this driver´s family car.

Mazda 6 came about in 2002. Ever since, Mazda 6 was a driver´s family saloon/estate with suspension and cornering dynamics that make driving fun and joyous. 20 Years later, it has become more supple but still keeping the recepy of focus on the driver and his joy behind the steering wheel.

As the owner of one of these models, I can confirm that this is a beautiful celebratory edition of a wonderful car.
I would, however, say that there are two points as well that could have been improved / fixed:
1.) The infotainment system is a disaster. It is horribly slow, and I think its display and features were outdated already in 2012, but the fact that nothing has been developed in the last 11 years is almost unacceptable.
2.) The painting is also a disaster. The colour is beautiful but the lack is such vulnerable that after four month of use and 3500 kms (!!!) it is full of scratches caused by boughs besides the roads and parking places and partially also by my own fingers (below the handle of the front door at the driver's side).
Anyway, I still would give 9/10. The very best car I have had so far.

Excellent car! Although I’m a fan of minimalism and believe it’s unnecessary to have a disco in the car with all those LEDs that everyone puts, it’s a shame they didn’t at least include a new infotainment system like they did in the CX-5; this one is too outdated. The problem is that I’m waiting for the new six-cylinder model. Therefore, I’m not sure if it’s worth getting this model in the 23/24 model year.
