The goal of Enlightenment is to turn off as much of your autopilot as comfortably possible, and lemme tell ya, there is a LOT of autopilot, and you keep discovering more and more of it the longer you search for it.

8:12 happy to hear that, i always was like confidence? what do i need that for? an ego boost? to feel better about feeling bad? thats a mirage, i always just did things, sometimes had bad self esteem, ok. who doesnt sometimes, when i do a task i'll do it how i know, put mediation into the formula and u build growth. one can master a subject or know a lot about it but thats it. want a fucking cookie? yes, u want to feel confident. i always played with peoples confidence since it was never an emotion i needed, to be blunt it held me back, such narcisstic haze from "being a genius" its foolish

18:42 thats fucking gold. when we rush we force ourselves to finish a task faster, put our attention on being fast instead of the actual task. if we slow down and process, were being humbled by the fact we have to take our time, and not buying into illusions of not being enough or that theres never enough time. and it takes making that ruminating force of negativity to question itself and its positivity. my fucking god there i go again rambling into subjects i have to dive deeper into

19:52 and this is why i get so narcisstic or uncomfortable sumtimes. like i was right, humility is key and then the vid talks about it. now that i look at it, why am i so shocked by the fact i figured out simple information as if it was so revolutionary

And here's the kicker, every honest inquiry about oneself is to doubt their minds foundations, but then should you doubt the part that's doubting? Easy answer is no, inside oneself there's always the step above and the true self wondering around until you are in the mood for listening. Much Love to listeners to this channel and their own

I'm more worried of the brain that's in the man/woman next to me, than my own brain.

6:54 This is the reason why our leaders are so bad. It's also why promotions go to the wrong employees. We discount skills in favor of confidence.

Ice cream does lead to dehydration in excess. Can be a confounding factor. If you are saying it's from the heat.
I guess I don't know the whole story

I wonder how many subs this channel would have if the bot voice sounded like an uncertain 13 year old instead of a confident 30 something... 🤔

This is why I refer human brain just as computer vital components. When the perceptions of human sensory organs goes up just like computers gather data from sensors brains resources runs out as brain processing areas consume on those space in order to process those data to build whatever its expected outcome. So whenever those resources runs out, just like computers resource management system, brain's MS gets in the way and cuts of the "background noise" to keep the brain in optimal function. Humans brain, to me, it has no difference consider how a computer works, it can be different with their softwares, but not in basic vital hardwares.
