Uhm maybe the title should be changed. This can be taken way out of context. These tips would be useful in very helpful situations like an intervention or even a sales job. But to have people do what you want is manipulation. You cannot control others but you can change how you perceive and react to them. If someone is being stubborn then let them be and DON'T violate their boundaries. The content of this video had great definitions of psych terms but not sure if delivery is quite right. Maybe because I have done some toxic behavior growing up which I am working through now. And being self aware of your own toxic behavior is the biggest step most miss.
