From my perspective as a Gen Xer, you Gen Z guys don't have enough money. We made almost enough to make it, but you guys have gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to pay. I feel bad for you guys.

Yes, dating is at best an inexact science. It can be time consuming and expensive.

Sadly, the current state of the world doesn't make one feel like doing the things that can bring another life into this world. That's easy enough to understand.

I'm not quite sure where your stats came from. All the research I found says both Gen Z men and women are remaining single and not dating at very similar and disturbingly high rates.

I think a lot of the historical pathways are gone. Church. Community. Familial connection. These groups are no longer popular.

That said, I think we all get lonelt and would rather not be alone. Gen Z needs to learn how to socialize. Not ask people out. Socialize. Find a club, a collective, a hobby, a tribe. Learn to talk without pursuing them. Get to know a lady first and she won't think you're so creepy. Also, most Gen Z women are open to asking you out on a date and going Dutch when you do. So give it a try. You're young. You're in no hurry.

Exactly! Young men invest in yourself. Travel to different places. Explore different countries. Find ways to make more money so you can afford the things you want in life. Chasing wmn will drain your pockets, give you stress and drama, lead to pregnancy which will make you broke and miserable and take away your freedom. Be one of the smart guys.

Even if you get past the dating phase, you still have to manage to get her to stick around, which is never guaranteed...nothing with woman is guaranteed, which is why I never bothered with dating. It's actually a big risk nowadays do be in a relationship with women, to the point why would anyone bother with it?
