Text(value, format):
format d = Single digit Day e.i 1, 2 , 5 8 etc.
dd = Double digit Day e.i 01, 02, 05, 08 etc
dddd = Full Day name e.i Monday, Wednesday etc
m = Single month # e.i 1, 2, 5, 9
mm = double digit month e.i 01, 02, 05, 09 etc.
mmm = 3 digit Character e.i Jan, Mar or Sep etc.
mmmm = Full name of the month e.i January, March, September
yy = double digit year e.i yy = 19
