Take 2 glass of water, make it boil.
Add 1 teaspoon tea powder/green tea.
1/4 tspn cinnamon powder.
1/4 tspn cardamom
1/2 tspn Turmeric
2 chutki black pepper
1/2 inch ginger pc or 1/2 tspn dry ginger.
Let all these ingredients seep into water for 5-7 minutes.
Strain this into a cup and drink it.
Squeeze lemon into it.
Add raw honey to taste better.
Sip it really slowly.
Best time would be early morning or late evening.

I no longer buy or use panadol or those common pain killers, which I hear have side effects to the liver. Thank you for not being selfish and mean with information. You are helping many, esp some of us who CAN NOT afford medical bills, yet we have these ingredients in our homes for they are cheap but did NOT KNOW their use and importance.

I learned a long time ago that when I had acid stomach that deep, slow breaths would clear it out without needing an antacid. I would breathe in a bit deeper than normal and out slowly ten times. Then I would breath normally and see if the stomach issue had passed or was a little better. If not, I would do another ten. I rarely had to do more than 30 and have actually cured the tendency by doing this and have not had to use it for many years. I use similar breathing technique for helping me get back to sleep when I wake up during the night or have trouble getting to sleep. I breath a little deeper and much slower than normal and count each breath up to 100. At first I had to do almost 200 breaths to get to sleep. Eventually my brain was trained that when I breath like this, it was OK to go to sleep and now I rarely make it to 30 before I nod off. Not giving the body permission to sleep or to heal can be a problem. Sometimes our brains tell us that we need to think about important things so “don’t go to sleep.” This is how I trained my brain to heal and to sleep, and it certainly does involve the vagus nerve. I am a singer, and I noticed for years that an hour of singing makes me feel just great and on top of the world. Singing calms the vagus nerve. Breathing exercises can work miracles. My father developed thick blood at around age 60 (35 years ago) and his doc taught him to do breathing exercises, which he did several times a day. And it worked for a long time until he got so much better he stopped doing the exercise.

This is like all the good habits of my grandparents! They ate and lived like that. Never got cataracts or knee pain, back pain. Died at 87 years from an accident with grey hair.. amazing!

This drink is a game changer; i have taken it for one week an =d I have never felt better. i used to be in pain, have brain fog, feel sluggish and may more challenges. i have introduced it to my Hubby and to a colleague. my Hubby is also feeling better. 2 cups boiled water
1 tea bag or 1 teas loose tea

1/4 teas ground cinnamon
1/4 teas cardimun
1/2 teas turmeric
2 peppercorns of black pepper
1 teas ground ginger

Cook/let sit 5/7 minutes; strain ingredients (coffee filter) add
Squeeze lemmon juice (1/2 teas)
add dm amt of honey to taste

Sip for 10-15 mins (gulp=prob)
Early or late morning

❤ I am riddled with inflammation. Tried this drink this morning (used green and lemon myrtle tea leaves and lime juice) and it gave me a energy boost. And it also tasted really delicious. Having a repeat this evening but using hibiscus tea instead (I avoid caffeine after 2pm). Have also added some fenugeek and cumin. Thank you for sharing such a simple but powerful recipe

Thanks doctor for sharing this amazing recipe. I drank same kind of spice water except cardamom and pepper( now I got your video) for one week I got rid of fungal/yeast over growth on my tongue and inside of my body. Improved digestion and reduced hair fall. 👍
