This is something I would use, car speedometers are controlled with PWM and we have had issues with them not reading speed. This would be a good test tool

You should adjust the compensation on your scope probe… otherwise there’s something kinda sketchy about your signal generator

Make a new flipper that is an upgraded better version than the old flipper has NFD and it allows you to unlock remote safes in all of that and sell it for $20 so it's a bunch of friendly one from The flipper
