Im building the best budget build for like 270$ the cpu could use a big upgrade. Ill need a new motherboard too but itll be worth it. My cpu upgrade will be a ryzen 5 5600 cause there insane for the price

But I recommend to get your 4090 and but it in that sky tech pc because the cpu in the sky tech will be be better than your full white 4090 yes the colour scheme will look weird but you will get another 150 to 200 fps and more stable in real games no hate though just saying what you should do
