Interesting :-) I instinctively do a similar thing when I'm very stressed. Only I think about AAAA and not WOW. Usually after that I'm much calmer. I should try this one!

i realised this few months ago, I clenched and gritted my jaw during sleep and I always woke up with burning face and neck. also caused assymetrical face and jaw clicked while opening. After I stopped doing that I stopped having pain and also my face is getting more symmetrical now. phew, glad I realised early.
