1. Dance Practice
Jennie and all the other members of the group have dance practice almost every day, each session of dance class goes up to two yours, and they sometimes have two or more dance classes in one-day.

2. Pilates
Around last year Jennie started doing Pilates. You can see the post of her doing pilates exercise on the pilates machine. Even in the BlackPink house show, Jennie was going to the Pilates classes. Jennie currently is sticking with the Pilates class only and doesn’t form flying yoga class as much as she used to.

3. Flying Yoga
Jennie around 2017 revealed that she started doing flying yoga to stay fit and healthy, you can see one of the pics that she posted on her Instagram in 2018 blow. Jennie and Jisoo both started doing flying yoga together, and they both got great benefits from it as well.
