I tried black pink Jennie diet for 3 days before a kpop comeback

For this weeks video I tried Blackpink Jennie's diet for only 3 days. I believe she eats like this before a comeback. The main rules for this kpop diet were simple: no salt, eat lots of avocados, detox juice/tea, drink lots of water. As for Jennie's workout she likes to do pilates and yoga. Unlike the infamous IU diet, Jennie doesn't seem to restrict herself, but tbh we don't know what goes on behind closed doors, but from what we know this was very reasonable to do. I don't know if I ever do any more kpop diets just because i like to eat haha! But let me know would you ever give this korean singers diet a try! btw i picked jennie over lisa, rose, or jisoo because she is my bias hehehe ^^

Blackpink Jennie has the best comeback diet in my opinion, she doesn't under eat and still looks great. Would you ever give this kpop diet a try?
