Fix unable to Pin Folders To Quick Access Error A Disk Error Occurred During A Read Operation In Windows 11
In Windows 11 version 22h2, Quick Access was renamed to Home in the left pane of File Explorer, Your Quick Access may be corrupt so run these commands but it will delete all content from Quick Access, you would need to re-pin items.

del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\*

del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations\*

del /F /Q %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\CustomDestinations\

Restart your PC

Thank you, fixed my suddenly missing Quick Access menu. For people who get the 'cannot find path' message, try command prompt regular. I happened to input the commands in regular CP, then admin CP, which gave me the same message. It may appear because it's already been applied. Either way, reset the PC and my Quick Access came back. Windows 11 is such a PITA.

I lost my Pin Folders after accidently hit the "Clear CMOS' button on the back of motherboard. I was able to cancel the operation, but lost the pins. Reddit and foruns didn't work, but this video helped me! Much appreciated

Hi DEAR,
When I try doing so, cmd gives me this reply message:

Any ideas?
Thanks "Sulaiman"

Thank you! It worked. I made an error by typing it out and it did not work. Copied and pasted the info as provided and now my file explorer is back to normal. @daisyworld28 thank you again.
