Thank you so much! I accidentally unpinned Desktop from the Navigation pane and almost lost my mind! I was successful at restoring it, thanks to your precise instructions!

Please help, I can't get my "Desktop" to appear on the left side of the file explorer page. There is no selection for it in the options-->View.... nothing for "desktop". Thanks

Thank you! Back to the view I want. I hate that Windows unilaterally changes my view preferences.

Sadly this didn't resolve the issue for me. But here's what I did:

1) Options> Privacy > Uncheck "show recommended section"

2) View > Show > Check Navigation Pane.

3) On the Navigation Pane: Desktop > Home > Right-click > Expand.

Your pinned Quick Access folders should now show under "Home"

Where is the undo button or the Quick access toolbar?

This doesn't enable the navigation bar for the file browser window - when you are on a website and click "Browse..." and it brings up a file browser, which is different from the regular File Explorer window. Any idea how to fix for the file browser window instead?

How do you see the missing "file, home, share and view" tabs at the top, that are also missing on your screen?

Thank you :) The 2nd half of your video took care of it for me, Show all folders, Show libraries, which is what I was missing.
