I've used one for 3 years not used a cooker in even longer! I love that all you got to do is a simple Google search how long to airfry whatever you've bought and it will tell you the best answers, I became a pescatarian after getting an air fryer as well

Cathy, you're why I bought an airfryer, and yes, it's a Consori. I started looking on Amazon at airfryers and was soon overwhelmed by the different types and all of the bad reviews. So I looked on YouTube and stumbled upon your channel. After watching several of your videos, I bought a Cosori just like yours and I love it. I'm so very glad I bought it and your e-cookbook. The times and temperatures in your recipes works for my airfryer, which is what I expected. But, there are chemicals that volatilize if you purchase one with any non stock surface, right? So always buy fully stainless steel right? Or are there other options I am not aware of?

I have the "COSORI (CS158-AF) Smart WiFi Air Fryer 5.8 QT, Black, " purchased from Amazon. It doesn't have the same buttons yours has (it has 13 cooking functions). It has two veggie buttons and two seafood buttons, kinda redundant, but it's ok. I love making and/or reheating my snacks and meals in it. It most definitely has a learning curve, however, I've been watching your air fryer videos and I would like to believe the learning curve hasn't been as steep for me as it would have been if I got an air fryer without any knowledge on how to see the thing.
