The fear is such an incredibly powerful emotion. It can override all logic. Like if all your tests come back normal and your doctors don't think theres anything wrong with you, the fear can blot all of that out and make you convinced you're in danger! It's an ongoing challenge but I'm going to keep working at it everyday!

Wow! can I relate to this cycle of fear. I have stopped walking because of the delayed pain in the legs at night which prevents me from sleeping. So hard to come from a place of strength with little and yet I know your techniques/teachings are the right way. Thank you, Jim your videos are a blessings!

I have severe chronic migraines and I can relate to this! I am so scared of my pain that Its literally debilitated my life and I can’t do a lot of things that I used to do..

If you are admittedly a fearful and even weak person how exactly can I get stronger? Are there mental exercises? Just doing things that have always caused me pain doesn't make the pain lessen. How do you get mentally stronger??

Fatigue is one of my symptoms, I find that when it’s bad I don’t have any energy to go out and therefore it reinforces when I do go out that I’m anxious as I’m staying home a lot. How do you suggest to improve that? Thanks

can habitual fear that accumulates over time based on situations outside of the self create the pain and other weird symptoms?? i understand how fear of the pain and symptoms creates problems, but i'm wondering about fear in general.
