I personally think the Darton 35 ST is the bow of the year for 2025 and I am stoked to see how well you do with it. I shoot and prefer Bowtech, but Darton knocked it out of the park this year.

Great choice and I am happy to see Darton get so much recognition this year. I have been shooting the Sequel 33 ST2 and the hold and balance is amazing. Really awesome what Jacob Slusarz did with the 35 ST2 this year at the Lancaster Classic. Great bows hope you enjoy and shoot well with this bow this year

Been a PSE guy for years. But I gave Darton a run for the prelude. That bow was wicked fast and shot well. I stuck with PSE. But dang did Darton make all the right moves with the new St2 series. Darton is going to get another run with me this season.

Been shooting Mathew’s sence the mq1 , just switched to the elite ethos and absolutely love it .Mathew’s has some catching up to do with them 70 to 90 % let off, hard stop or cable stop, 1/4 inch draw length adjustments, best grip out there, and easy paper tare adjustment. Mathew’s starts catching up with elite’s technology, and gets rid of those 8 limbs then I might look at them again.

I’m so happy Tim had that little bit of string creep when he short the Mathew’s on the second round. Happened to me like 5 times somehow keep forgetting to push and pull. My Hoyt last year allowed me to relax a bit with a little pressure pushing. But this lift x is jumpy

MFJJ is the best Mathews tuner in the USA. His Mathews bows give more speed in Tim vídeos than in the rest of YT tests together.

Awesome video. This might be too nerdy, but I feel speed and draw cycle can be measure at the same time.

Usually speed bows feel like crap, and smooth bows shoot slow. I think a way to judge the efficiency is to rank the speed of all the bows, in this case 1-8 (8 being the highest speed), and judge the draw cycle 1-8 (8 being the smoothest). An average score would be 4.5 if you get a 8 on draw, but 1 on speed. Then you can see if something is worth the speed (over 4.5) or if it’s not worth the draw cycle.

Hell yea!!! I fkn knew it 🙏everyone has been talking about this bow since it dropped and how good it is. Marketing aside this was the only bow that was standing up to the LiftX. New mythical character unlocked “Unbiased Tim C”

I own a Mathews lift and a Hoyt Alpha X… I did the same test you did this year. The Sequel 35 ST2 is the best feeling bow I think I’ve ever shot personally. Great platform!
