My biggest beef is the normalization of oversupply. Moms say they are a "just-enough-er" as if there's something wrong. Just enough is the goal!

I was in the hospital for 6 days when I had my baby 3 months ago and the lactation consultant told me not to pump for the first 6 weeks if I was going to breastfeed. I didn't bring my pump with me because I thought oh it's a hospital they have them and with my other kids it was just a waste of space bringing it well finally on day 4 my husband finally said good job bring her a freaking pump or I am going to just go buy a new one since we were over 2 hours away from our house. They brought me a hand pump and the lactation consultant was not happy about it. That made absolutely no sense to me and the beginning of our breastfeeding Journey was extremely hard. Thankfully we are still going strong and getting a tongue tied fixed on the fifth! Thank you so much for making these videos you help so much!! ❤

the milk supply worry is because people keep asking us “Is the baby full” just because the baby ask for milk consistently, so they make the mom think something is wrong

I just had Twins babies 3 weeks ago and am combining pumping and breastfeeding because one of my babies is struggling with latching so I have to put her to breast to help her get used to it and then pump to make sure she gets enough milk. I tried pumping but I get max 90ml per pumping session which I just enough for 1 baby. Please advise

I am planning on exclusively pumping for my daughter due Feb 2023. I'm trying to set myself up for success and get information on how to start, what to expect, what supplies I should/can purchase. I also feel like I never really figured out pumping with my first (setting, let down, how long to pump and if I'm pumping efficiently). Do you have resources for exclusive pumping 101?

I go back to work after 4 months on Monday. Since day 1 I have exclusively breastfed. Now having to incorporate the pump at work is stressing me out!

I’m in the process of trying to increase my milk production after not feeding for one day has caused my production to drop significantly low yet on the other hand I do think I’m one of those women who don’t respond well to a breast pump and I would love to hear you touch basis on this topic because scrolling YouTube will have one feeling insecure about their production since it seems like everyone is just out here pumping bags and bags of milk in a day
