I like most did volume training, 4 sets of multiple reps with 3 exercises per muscle group, until I discovered HIT, and couldn't be happier!

I disvovered HIT while walking my dog. We walked by a jungle gym and I did one setvof pullups and I always tried to beat my best number. I maid great gains this way.

He’s right when I was training every day I wasn’t getting much results I skipped every other day I got stronger and added 5 lbs or 10 lbs each week muscles felt sore every time I worked out so i knew my muscles were repairing

Yea but he was on gear this is the same bullshit. Get on gear and you can train efficiently with any amount of rest fuck all of the gear heads stop listening to them their advice is not for the natty like most of us out here are.
