Woman Calls 911 After Pulling Down Teen's Mini Skirt

A 48-year-old woman was arrested after yanking down a 19-year-old’s skirt at a Utah restaurant. The teen was identified as Avery Leroy, who was dining out with friends when the incident took place. She says the encounter "startled" her and she "felt violated." After the video went viral, Ida Ann Lorenzo called Utah police to explain what happened. Lorenzo was later charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and was released on bail.
