..btw, when you record while editing in Final Cut, you can use the iPhone Mic remotely, using the voiceover Tool from Final Cut, it will automatically add into the timeline 😎

I used to do the same. Most good quality phones have a "hi res" recording mode. Mine has a 24 bit/48 Khz mode right in the voice recorder app.
I record in wav format and use the multiband compressor in Premiere to apply the 'broadcast' preset. Voila! Crisp audio 🤌🏽✨
