So good people that they are when they need you to rent your property. I have some tenants who abused my trust, I rented a house but it was only the first floor and what did they do? They lived on the first and second floor and rented the basement. And now I have to give them a month to move. So where is the justice? I no longer rent any of my properties that I have.

Can you be put out of your apartment without them serving an eviction notice? They just came to my apartment and asked am I moving out. They recently switched to another management company that makes us pay online, now that they have switched to this and no longer doing money orders now we have an extra fee when paying rent also they don't take the money out of your account when you actually hit pay now.
