I was overwhelmed with the fact that it was happening and chockin on the tear gas. I was very sick and weak by the situation I had to call ems I was taken had been in contact with officers and people landlord had helping with no mask I had been outside for a few hours and had a fever for being outside said hospital but on the 21 I only was diagnosed with covid along with my husband and kids mother. I am not now in a shelter and lost my belongings but as well separated from my beautiful family. I am very depressed and know that the owners did not use legal action and looking for justice

OTHER PEOPLE AND PETS LIVING ON THE PROPERTY, NOT MAINTAINING THE PROPERTY AND TRASHING IT, AND NOT PAYING THE RENT, TRIGGERS A 3 DAY EVICTION NOTICE, THEY DONT MOVE OUT THEN I HAD TO FILE TO EVICT. I DONT HAVE THE FUNDS TO KEEP EVICTING THEM WHILE THEY APPEAL IT AND REMAIN IN MY HOUSE, IM GOING TO SELL THE ENTIRE PLACE TO GET RID OF IT IM DONE AND SICK OF THIS MESS

I live in Elba Alabama I rent a mobile home lot rent due to health reasons we were unable to pay lot rent both of us are disabled how can I cost him the most money if he don't agree to what I can get to pay in a lump sum

Any one can give an information regarding the fact that after tenant not paying rent for 3 month and you file the eviction process you received a letter form the Company by the name "BASTA", asking to settle by given $3, 500.00 plus 45 days additional days.  Is that a legal way to proceed.  To me that sound as Extortion.  This situation is very common her in the Antelope Valley.

They have wifi in this building and are hacking in my cellphone and are stealing my prepaid cards that i buy or otherwise and i cant leave cash in my apt because they get in my apt. And also i have been poisened here in my drink when leaving an opened muscle drink and they moved me from my apartment with a prescription by my doctor for a medical condition which now i. Had to downsze after construction and now i have no shower unit and its smaller then before and I have several disabilities with my health condition
