It should have had, at minimum, tomatoes and crutons. Yeah, this isn't an American norm. That was shady and i bet you paid a lot for it. The dressing size though is accurate lol

Only place I've seen that served a "salad" that was just lettuce is a teriyaki restaurant staffed almost exclusively by old Korean ladies. Just shredded iceberg with optional poppy seed dressing. Frankly it's a nice little refreshing side if you get stuff like orange chicken or honey garlic or whatever, so I ain't mad. I am endlessly amused by them calling it a salad, though.

thats absolutely a salad O-o. a salad don't have to be acompanied by anything else than lettuce to make it a salad.
