The PC stoneware doesn't clean up in the regular sense. I found some and thought the same thing. Through researching it, I found this is normal. The darker it is, the more "seasoned" it is and becomes non-stick. Fantastic find!

The pampered chef will not "clean" as in looking clean. It's a stone & will get darker & darker with use. But still bake beautiful nothing burns, perfect for pizza, cookies, rst chicken, it bakes everything! Great find if you as me. Other other stone is great as well!

Happy 4th of July. Those pampered chef pans are supposed to be like that. They are seasoned but if you wash them with soap you need to rise it very well and then they go in the over @350 for about 45-60 mins to dry. But your not supposed to use soap on them cause they are stone
