I’m 80, a widow from the UK. I bought an Instant Pot, once I realised how much better it is, than the old Pressure Cookers! As a pensioner, I have find it difficult to be bothered with cooking just for myself, but I ‘christened’ my IP with a steak dinner and I’ve never looked back!
The steam knob is a piece of magic to all oldies, who are afraid of Pressure Cookers! We used to hear a lot about exploding PC’s and it scared people off buying them, including me and my hubby, but the IP is fantastic, no problem! Only recipes needed, so I’m off to look for the right book!

Dear Six sisters; I've just started using the instant pot that was given as a gift and probably like everyone, I was afraid to use it. Until I tried it.
