I have one @ home and my husband keeps a mini on his big rig truck. I pre-mix all of his seasonings into small zippy bags, and have created a photo-album recipe card w/very simple instructions for his favorite meals. One side of the card has his ingredients for ease of shopping. This saves him issues from eating too much over-the-road foods.

I’m glad you mentioned not using your instant pot and being freaked out by it. I got one in 2018 as a wedding gift (it wasn’t on our registry) and now I’ve only used it as a crock pot. I’m so glad you posted videos about how to easily use it!

Thank you for putting out these videos. After watching one of your recipes (Hungarian Goulash) I finally used my instant pot after 1 1/2 years and it was a piece of cake. You have the best recipes. I just made the burrito bowl dish. It turned out great! I added a small piece of a canned chipotle pepper for a bit of heat, along with some red, green and yellow peppers. Served it with shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream and tortilla chips. Thanks!

Great video, Julia. I love these recipes. The IP makes fast work for a soup meal and so many others. My husband and I love my spaghetti and homemade chicken soup recipe. I encourage each person who is intimidated by the IP to try it a few times. I hope they love using theirs as much as I love mine. Blessings!
